Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply and assistance. Yes there was an error there, it from 15th of July to 25th of July, thats 10 nights. I am happy with the offer and glad to tell you that I am making payment arrangement. We shall take both Apartment 3 and 2. From your price, this amounts to total cost of = 1253 GBP …… (709+544) GBP i.e for ten nights

My credit card information will be sent to you with details immediately of which you are expected to charge your total bill and book the accommodation for them, make them comfortable in your hotel and make them have a wonderful and memorable Anniversary in your hotel.

Unfortunately I am not in Glasgow at the moment. We are conducting a research somewhere in South American. As thus, I am indisposed and can not send money or make any other type of payment from here.

However, I have made an arrangement with a travel agent in UK who is in charge of (1) procuring flight tickets & VISA (2) luggage handling and (3) Transportation etc. He will be converging my parents at central London before take off. The traveling agent doesn?t accept credit card information as means of payment.

So once you are in receipt of it, I ask that you charge the credit card, confirm the amount of 3253 GBP in your account then deduct the cost of your total bill and send the balance via Western union International Transfer, to my travel agent whose information I will be sending to you once this is confirmed.

Please confirm this and provide me with this informations for my records;
